Marron is considered a “NEPA firm” and is experienced in all aspects of preparation of draft and final environmental documentation. ![]() Projects vary in type, size, complexity, and potential to affect the environment. Marron understands and accounts for the variability of these projects and their impacts and considers how compliance with NEPA is carried out and documented, including how they relate to other environmental laws such as the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act, and Clean Air Act. Marron has produced hundreds of environmental assessments and categorical exclusions and has worked on a number of environmental impact statements. In all cases, the firm has a record of producing quality and regulatory-compliant documents. In addition to the environmental document, Marron has also submitted hundreds of biological and cultural resource survey reports as well as other stand-alone documentation (e.g., air and noise studies, detailed species survey reports, ecological risk assessments, hazardous materials investigations, NPDES permitting, Section 4(f) documentation, Section 7 consultations, Sections 401 and 404 permitting, vegetation studies, and wetland determinations and delineations).
